Product Description:

The Model FM.104119 is a dedicated consumables removal and installation wrench/tool designed for use with Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting torches, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD. This tool is engineered to safely loosen and tighten the torch retaining cap, shield cup, and other threaded consumable components without damaging the torch body or deforming precision-machined parts.

Manufactured from heat-treated carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant finish and ergonomic grip profile, it provides the correct leverage and jaw geometry to match OEM tool specifications. Using this dedicated tool helps prevent premature wear on torch threads and ensures safe, efficient consumable changes in daily shop-floor operations.
