Electrode FM.220192 for HPR130/260/400XD Plasma Cutting Torch Consumables 30A
We supply plasma cutting parts (Shield, Retaining cap, Nozzle, Swirl ring, Electrode)
We can provide the Hypertherm, Thermadyne, kjellberg and Esab brand.
Product Description:
The Model FM.220192 is a high-precision replacement electrode designed for use with Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting systems, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD, when operating in the low-amperage / fine-cut mode (30 Amperes). It features a high-purity silver-core insert press-fitted into a precision-machined copper body, delivering superior electrical conductivity and optimized heat dissipation for stable pilot arc ignition and extended service life on thin-gauge materials.
Manufactured to OEM dimensional and metallurgical specifications, this electrode ensures consistent arc starting, minimized dross formation on fine-cut profiles, and full compatibility with the HPR 30A–45A consumable set. It offers a cost-effective alternative to genuine Hypertherm parts without compromising cut quality or torch safety.
Key Specifications:
Compatibility: Hypertherm HPR130XD / HPR260XD / HPR400XD / HPR800XD plasma torches (Fine-Cut / Low-Amp Consumable Set)
