Shield FM.220356 for HPR260 Plasma Cutting Torch Consumables 200A
We supply plasma cutting parts (Shield, Retaining cap, Nozzle, Swirl ring, Electrode)
We can provide the Hypertherm, Thermadyne, kjellberg and Esab brand.
Product Description
The Model FM.220356 is a precision-formed replacement shield cap (shield cup) designed for use with Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting systems, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD. Intended for standard 200A cutting configurations, this shield fits over the nozzle retaining cap to protect the consumable stack, maintain proper torch geometry, and help direct the secondary shielding gas envelope around the plasma arc—contributing to reduced dross and cleaner cut edges on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Manufactured from high-conductivity copper alloy with a heat-resistant surface finish, the shield is engineered to OEM dimensional tolerances to ensure correct seating with the nozzle retaining cap (e.g., 220757 / 220758 for 200–260A) and compatibility with the full HPR 200A consumable set. It provides a cost-effective, high-quality alternative to genuine Hypertherm parts for daily production cutting.
