Product Description:
The Model FM.220553 is a precision-engineered replacement swirl ring designed for use with Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting systems, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD. Constructed from high-temperature resistant ceramic/composite material with accurately oriented internal vanes, it imparts a controlled vortex motion to the shielding gas—ensuring uniform gas distribution, a stable constricted plasma arc, and optimized cut quality at a rated current of 50 Amperes.
Manufactured to OEM dimensional and functional specifications, this swirl ring guarantees proper seating within the torch head, minimizes gas turbulence-related defects, and extends the service life of adjacent consumables such as electrodes and nozzles. It offers a reliable, cost-effective alternative to genuine Hypertherm components.
