Product Description
The Model FM.220541 is a high-performance replacement electrode engineered specifically for bevel-cutting applications on Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting systems, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD. Designed for 260A bevel-mode operation, it features a 6.0 mm diameter high-purity silver-core insert press-fitted into a precision-machined copper alloy body, delivering superior thermal dissipation and extended service life under the higher heat load typical of bevel cutting.
Manufactured to OEM metallurgical and dimensional specifications, this electrode ensures reliable pilot arc ignition, stable main arc transfer, and reduced rate of silver evaporation—critical for maintaining consistent cut quality on angled (V-/X-/Y-) bevel preparations. It is fully compatible with the HPR bevel consumable stack-up, including bevel nozzles, swirl rings, and bevel shield cups.
