Product Description:

The Model FM.220705 is a precision-machined quick disconnect receptacle designed to interface with the Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series plasma cutting system power supply. It serves as the mating receiver for the HPR Quick Disconnect Torch Assembly (OEM Ref. 220706 / 220162), providing secure electrical contact, gas passage, and coolant flow between the plasma power source and the machine torch.

Constructed with a brass/bronze contact body, stainless-steel locking collar, and high-temperature sealing O-rings, the receptacle ensures low-resistance current transfer, leak-free coolant circulation, and positive mechanical lock when coupled with the QD torch. It is engineered to OEM form, fit, and electrical specifications for direct drop-in replacement on HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD power supplies.

Proper installation of this receptacle maintains arc stability, prevents coolant leakage, and allows operators to quickly connect/disconnect the torch without shutting down the main power supply—facilitating efficient torch changeover and system maintenance.
