Product Description:

The Model FM.220706 is a fully assembled replacement quick disconnect (QD) plasma cutting torch designed for use with Hypertherm® HyPerformance® HPR series systems, including HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, and HPR800XD. It features a rapid-disconnect coupling at the torch-to-power-supply interface, allowing operators to remove and replace the torch assembly without disconnecting primary power or gas lines—minimizing downtime during consumable changeovers or torch servicing.

The torch body is constructed from high-durability, heat-resistant engineered polymer with a reinforced stainless-steel outer jacket. It comes pre-assembled with a lead/hose package (length customizable, typically 7.6 m / 25 ft or 15 m / 50 ft upon request), integrated coolant lines, gas passages, and a lead-ready connector compatible with HPR system power supplies. The torch head accepts standard HPR consumables including electrodes, nozzles, swirl rings, shield caps, and retaining caps.

Manufactured to OEM dimensional, electrical, and thermal specifications, this torch delivers stable arc transfer, proper coolant flow, and long-term reliability in demanding CNC plasma cutting environments.
