Kit Contents
The Shield 420152 kit typically contains the two essential, wearable components needed for a single setup: - 1 x Electrode: The negative (-) charged component housed inside the torch body. It has a cylindrical shape with a silver-colored contact band and a hafnium emitter at the tip.
- 1 x Nozzle (Swirl Ring): The positive (+) charged component that screws onto the torch retaining cap. It features a very small, precise orifice that constricts the plasma arc. The Finecut nozzle often includes the swirl ring function integrated into a single piece.
Important Note: This kit contains only the electrode and nozzle. It does not include the shield cap or retaining cap, which are also part of the consumable set but have a much longer lifespan.
